Our Story

We believe that best ideas never actually start in boardrooms. Because ours started exactly where all the best confessions do: over cocktails in February 2025. Just a table full of friends, a round of drinks, and the kind of unfiltered conversations about the reality of the daily grind.

We were all playing the same exhausting game. Hustling up the corporate ladder, trying to maintain a social life, and pretending we weren't running on empty. We were living on the go, but our bodies were begging for a reset. We were ambitious, burnt out, and in need of something that could actually keep up with us. But who has time for a slow, complicated wellness routine, right?
